Which raises the question...who is serving whom and who is blessing woman? We sometimes think that because we've been so blessed with material things that we have an equal handle on spiritual things. Here was a woman whose perspective and attitude on life might very well be more informed then our own. We are all chosen, holy and dearly loved children of God and there is much each of us can learn from the other. Lord knows.

Tuesday - Food Crew - "We Have Everything We Need"
A great day for the food crew. The team assembled food boxes and delivered them to a several homes in the Maneadero area. At each stop, the team spent time with the family, sang songs, said a prayer and left the box of food. They delivered one box to the house that North Boulevard built four years ago. In fact, two of the members on the team delivering the food box were on the team four years ago that built the house. During tonight's devotion one of the teen's shared what she'd learned from visiting that home. The woman who lived in the modest house we'd built told the group that she had "everything I need." The teen commented that she was touched that the woman would say this even though she didn't have a mattress to sleep on.
